INVENTORY DI
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
Inventry DI, LLC, doing business as Inventory DI (“Inventory DI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to providing a website and digital experience that is reasonably accessible and usable by the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility and that websites, applications, technologies, devices, accessibility standards, and user needs continue to evolve.
This Accessibility Statement applies primarily to the public-facing website located at InventoryDI.com and public digital content maintained by Inventory DI.
1. OUR ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT
Inventory DI seeks to design, develop, maintain, and improve its Website in a manner that promotes accessibility, usability, and equal access to information.
As part of this effort, we seek to consider the needs of users who may use:
screen readers;screen magnification;keyboard-only navigation; voice-recognition technology;a lternative input devices; captions;browser zoom; high-contrast settings; and other assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.
As our Website, software, content, and technology change, we intend to continue evaluating and improving accessibility where reasonably practicable.
2. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARD
Inventory DI uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”), as a principal technical reference and accessibility goal for our public Website.
WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for making web content more accessible to individuals with a wide range of disabilities.
Our reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA represents an accessibility objective and development standard.
It should not be interpreted as a representation or warranty that every page, feature, document, integration, third-party service, or element of the Website will satisfy every WCAG success criterion at all times.
3. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES AND PRACTICES
As part of our accessibility efforts, Inventory DI seeks, where reasonably applicable, to design and maintain Website content with consideration for:
meaningful page structure and headings;
keyboard navigation;visible keyboard focus;descriptive links and controls; text alternatives for meaningful images; appropriate color contrast; information that is not communicated solely through color; readable text; browser zoom and text enlargement; accessible forms, labels, instructions, and error messages; captions or other alternatives for appropriate multimedia content; responsive layouts for different screen sizes; consistent navigation; accessible authentication where reasonably practicable; and compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.
Our accessibility practices may evolve as accessibility standards, technologies, and best practices develop.
4. ONGOING ACCESSIBILITY EFFORTS
Inventory DI views accessibility as an ongoing process.
We may periodically review Website pages, templates, forms, navigation, images, documents, videos, and other digital content using a combination of:
automated accessibility evaluation tools; manual review; keyboard testing; screen-reader or assistive-technology testing where appropriate; developer review; user feedback; and remediation of identified accessibility barriers.
Automated accessibility testing can be useful, but no automated tool can identify every accessibility issue.
Accordingly, Inventory DI does not rely solely upon automated testing, scoring systems, accessibility widgets, overlays, or similar technology as a substitute for appropriate design, development, review, and remediation practices.
5. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Technology and accessibility standards change over time.
Inventory DI may redesign pages, introduce new features, replace software components, add integrations, update content, implement new applications, or change third-party providers.
As these changes occur, new accessibility issues may occasionally arise even when accessibility has been considered during development.
When Inventory DI identifies or receives notice of a legitimate accessibility barrier affecting access to our Website, we intend to evaluate the issue and make reasonable efforts to address it as appropriate based upon factors such as:
the nature of the barrier; the importance of the affected content or functionality; available technology; technical feasibility; security requirements; the availability of alternative methods of access; and other relevant circumstances.
6. ACCESSIBILITY IS NOT STATIC
No website or digital platform can be guaranteed to operate identically with every possible combination of:
browser; operating system; device; screen reader; assistive technology; browser extension; custom user setting; third-party software; or legacy technology.
Accordingly, users may experience different levels of accessibility depending upon their individual technology and configuration.
Inventory DI continually seeks to improve compatibility and accessibility but does not represent that the Website will operate without limitation in every technological environment.
7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND TECHNOLOGY
The Inventory DI Website may contain, link to, integrate with, or display technology or content provided by third parties.
Examples may include mapping technology, video players, scheduling systems, embedded content, analytics services, social-media functionality, document viewers, payment services, customer-support tools, forms, cloud services, or other external technologies.
Inventory DI does not control the accessibility of independently operated third-party websites or all aspects of third-party technology.
We nevertheless seek, where reasonably practicable, to consider accessibility when selecting, implementing, configuring, or replacing significant third-party technologies used on our Website.
If a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, we encourage users to notify us so that we can evaluate the issue and determine whether an alternative method of access or other reasonable solution is available.
8. DOCUMENTS AND DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
Inventory DI may provide downloadable documents, reports, PDFs, images, presentations, videos, or other digital materials.
We seek to improve the accessibility of public-facing digital documents over time.
However, some documents, particularly older documents, documents received from third parties, archived materials, automatically generated reports, or files created using external systems, may not be fully accessible in every circumstance.
If you are unable to access information contained in a document made publicly available by Inventory DI, please contact us.
Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to provide the information in an alternative accessible format or through another appropriate method.
9. VIDEOS, IMAGES AND MULTIMEDIA
Inventory DI may use photographs, illustrations, diagrams, videos, animations, demonstrations, and other visual or multimedia content.
Where appropriate, we seek to provide accessible alternatives such as meaningful alternative text, captions, transcripts, descriptions, or other mechanisms based upon the nature and purpose of the content.
Decorative images may intentionally contain empty or otherwise non-descriptive alternative text so that assistive technologies can appropriately skip content that does not convey substantive information.
10. INVENTORY DI SOFTWARE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS
Inventory DI also develops software, web-based applications, mobile applications, administrative interfaces, dashboards, reports, and other digital products beyond the public Website.
Accessibility requirements and technical considerations may differ depending upon the particular product, customer environment, device, operating system, functionality, and intended user population.
Inventory DI seeks to consider accessibility as its digital products evolve.
Customers or authorized users who experience difficulty accessing or using an Inventory DI software feature because of a disability are encouraged to contact us so that we can better understand the issue and evaluate available solutions.
11. NEED HELP ACCESSING SOMETHING?
If you have difficulty accessing information, functionality, a form, document, feature, or service on InventoryDI.com because of a disability, please contact us.
When contacting Inventory DI, providing the following information may help us investigate the issue more efficiently:
the page or feature involved; the nature of the accessibility difficulty; the browser or device being used; the assistive technology being used, if any; and the best way for us to contact you.
You are not required to disclose medical information or provide documentation of a disability simply to report a Website accessibility problem.
We ask only for information reasonably useful to understanding and addressing the accessibility issue.
12. ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ACCESS
If a Website accessibility issue prevents you from obtaining information or completing an action through the Website, please contact Inventory DI.
Where reasonably practicable, Inventory DI may attempt to provide the requested information, communication, or functionality through an alternative method while the underlying accessibility issue is being evaluated.
An alternative method of access does not necessarily replace efforts to improve the accessibility of the affected digital content.
13. ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK
We welcome good-faith feedback concerning the accessibility of InventoryDI.com.
Accessibility feedback helps us identify barriers that may not be detected through automated or internal testing.
Please contact us if:
you encounter difficulty accessing Website content; a feature does not work properly with assistive technology; a form cannot be completed using a keyboard; text or controls are difficult to perceive; a video requires an accessible alternative; a document cannot be accessed; or you identify another accessibility concern.
Inventory DI intends to review legitimate accessibility reports and determine an appropriate response based upon the circumstances.
14. NO RETALIATION FOR ACCESSIBILITY REQUESTS
Inventory DI will not knowingly discriminate or retaliate against an individual for making a good-faith accessibility request or reporting an accessibility concern.
We encourage users experiencing accessibility barriers to contact us directly so that we have an opportunity to understand and address the issue.
15. ACCESSIBILITY AND SECURITY
Some accessibility accommodations or technologies may interact with security, authentication, fraud-prevention, account-protection, or privacy controls.
Inventory DI seeks to balance accessibility with legitimate cybersecurity, authentication, privacy, safety, and data-protection requirements.
Where a particular accessibility solution cannot reasonably be implemented because it would materially compromise security or another important system requirement, Inventory DI may consider an alternative method of providing access where reasonably practicable.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
Inventory DI seeks to operate its Website in accordance with accessibility obligations applicable to its business and services.
Accessibility laws and technical requirements may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.
Nothing in this Accessibility Statement is intended to waive, restrict, expand, or replace any right or obligation established by applicable law.
If mandatory accessibility law provides requirements that differ from this Statement, Inventory DI will seek to comply with applicable legal requirements.
17. NO ACCESSIBILITY WARRANTY
Inventory DI’s accessibility efforts reflect our commitment to improving access to our digital services.
However, because websites, technologies, content, user environments, accessibility standards, and third-party systems continually change, Inventory DI does not warrant or represent that every element of the Website will be fully accessible to every individual, with every disability, using every assistive technology or device, at all times.
Nothing in this Accessibility Statement constitutes a certification or guarantee of complete conformity with WCAG, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any other accessibility standard or law.
This provision does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
18. CHANGES TO THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Inventory DI may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect:
improvements to our Website; changes in accessibility practices; changes to our technology; changes in accessibility standards; changes in applicable law; new functionality; or other developments.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Statement identifies the most recent revision.
